I love how they do my nails, never disappointed. They also do a beautiful job on my eye brows. When they are busy they always make me feel appreciated. I will always use them to do my nails and eyebrows. They also do a great pedicure….no complaints here …yep so relaxing .

While getting my nails done, he had broken the tip that is glued on but instead of redoing it just left it. There were areas of the nail not even filled all the way in with color and in less than 2 weeks 3 nails just randomly fell off and 2 more ready to come off. I think this was one of the worst experiences i have ever had at a nail salon. My hands are two different shapes. I asked for coffin, and one hand looks like that while the other is rounded. He rushed through the paint so it looks messy. The acrylic that goes on the nail melted onto my skin and I said something and he told me to shut up. As well as the tool drawing blood on my skin and I said ow. He continued to tell me that it doesn’t hurt i am just scared. It also smelled really bad in there.

Critical: QualityThe workers were super nice and gentle but they are WAYYYY over priced. these are my nails and they aren’t terrible but they were almost $60 so i wanted that to be perfect. not to mention she cute my finger LITERALLY WHIPED BLOOD AWAY and the just threw the paper towel in the trash like nothing happened. Another girl that was there with me just today at like 4 pm and her paint is already coming off. I went there at 3:30pm to get a full set of acrylic nails and got out at 5:11pm, after getting out of a shower it had bubbles on my nails, and the guy that made my nails kept Saying that my nails were too short so he should told me and not do it if was going to be a bad job, pictures of my nails when I got home and after going back to the salon at 6pm because it says that it closes at 7pm but there was nobody there

Critical: QualityTechnician hurt me. He kept going back to the same nail trying to cut even though I pulled away in pain. I finally said it hurt too much. I hope it doesn’t get infected. It’s just average. I’ve gotten my nails done (gel) 4 times and every time I’m just not impressed. It’s like the person that is doing them isn’t very confident about what they are doing, and it shows in the lack of quality, like parts chipping day-of, cuticles not very clean, and sloppy painting. It’s just “eh”. I’m not going back.
