Critical: PunctualityI went in on Friday 7/31/2020 around 12:00 PM to get a pedicure the gentlemen was doing a ladies nails and said I can get you in at 2:30 told him that wouldn’t work for me can I make an appointment for 10:00 Tuesday 8/4/2020 he said ok what’s your name gave him my name he said ok and continued doing the ladies nails. Something told me he didn’t write it down so I go on Tuesday for my appointment and low and behold he tells me I didn’t make an appointment. He tells me I’ll have to wait for 2 other people because they didn’t know I was coming I agian tell him yes u did on Friday when I originally came in the 1st time I made an appointment. You DID NOT WRITE IT DOWN!!
