Loved the experience I had here, the staff was very friendly, the manicure itself was very well done. I usually have an issue with my cuticles being accidentally cut or the work being done feeling uncomfortable but that wasn’t the case at all here. I will definitely be returning in the future.

They were so nice and explained everything perfectly. I will never get my nails done anywhere else. Very reasonable prices and made sure nails were perfect. They actually took the time and made sure I was happy with everything. I would go to sam or victor. They were awesome.

This place was absolutely welcoming and did an absolutely phenomenal job with my 2 year old!! There professionalism and willingness to help and ensure your comfort was by far one of the best experiences I have had in a long time; next time I’m in Florence I will be going back! Jenna did my kids nail flawlessly and made her feel like a princess and Yen did my pedicure miraculously. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!❤️

Positive: QualityI have made this place my permanent favorite nail salon. I have been there a couple times now and always leave happy. Don’t even waste your time with this place unless you make an appointment! Second time I’ve come in and been told they can’t do a service when it’s an hour before they close! Only 1 person waiting and multiple nail techs. When I did make an appointment last time-I had to wait an additional 30 minutes! What’s the appointment for? No thanks! I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Paid $77 for pedicure and was told by the owner after to wait another hour for my nails because he had a appointment they failed to mention when I made my appt!!! and the lady took 2 hours just to ask me 100 times if my toes looked good enough?? Literally 1 customer and 7 employees in their right now!! Been here since 2 today as a appointment with a girl who obviously doesn’t have a clue what she is doing?? Been here every 3 weeks for 3 years but WILL not be back again!! Im big on Google reviews so that’s why this is important… I even asked the 4 girls at the register checking me out?? Sooo do you all not do nails?? 1 replied ugh well ma’am he is the boss and what he says goes!! Joke seriously… this is 2022 and no one has $200 to do a white tip nail and toes!! I usually pay about$125…. get a grip dude… inflation?? I think YeS

2 days ago I went in to have a pedi as well as acrylics with the gel polish. The pedi was ok. However, the acrylics were terrible. The shape of the nails were uneven, there were bumps in almost every nail and the polish didn’t even cover my whole nail on several of them. I was told that it would, “get better after washing my hands and showering a few times.” I should have known that was a load of bull but was only getting my nails done to look pretty for my sister’s funeral the following day and just wanted to get home to my family. After the funeral, I noticed that my nails still looked terrible and also had already started to chip. I returned and spoke to Sam, the manager/owner, who redid them. They looked great and I was happy. That is until I noticed that they were all chipping again by the next morning. I returned for the 3rd day in a row to just ask for my money back, as I feel a refund was totally justifiable. He treated me awfully, cut the nails off in a terrible way and threw 45 dollars at me. I feel I should have been compensated the full 100 dollars that I had originally paid. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
