This was my first and probably only visit. The staff was nice, but I wasn’t very happy with my service. My fiancé and I both got pedicures. My tech seemed a bit rushed and didn’t pay very close attention. She didn’t shape my nails, filed my nails evenly and even got gel polish on my skin. Honestly, I feel like it looks like I did my nails at home. I paid extra for callous removal but she did the bare minimum. I was also concerned that it seemed like they were putting used towels back in the towel warmer to be reused, but I’m not completely positive about that.

Spa nails have the best people working there. They are so friendly and talented every time I use them I am pleased. Today I got a mani/pedi from one of the girls, her name is Bianca. I should tell you I’m not the average customer. I had a stroke when I was 16. And I’m not always treated the best by businesses. Bianca is not only so talented, but so kind and personable! This is definitely my choice for spas!

OUTSTANDING service! I called after a long day at work that ran long requesting that they stay open specifically for me & they could not have been more gracious in fitting me in. They didn’t even mind that I wanted to do a pretty intricate design on my nails! Also, I did one of the upper spa pedicure packages. Julie & Tina we’re out of this world with service. As I was finishing my gel manicure, I mentioned that I would love to come back for an eyebrow wax – and they said no, we can do it now! It was way after hours – so incredibly kind. Honestly the sweetest ladies and the best mani/pedi I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back.

Simply said….disappointing. I could’ve done better job at home. The white line is way too thick and looks ridiculous compared to my natural line. The side are all dirty and not cleaned. White line is not straight in places. Cheap place with cheap manicure. Not worth the time or money.

I love this place! The staff is friendly, always happy and very accommodating. I broke a nail once and walked in 15 minutes before closing and Tammy took care of me right away without any fuss. I highly recommend the Lux and CBD pedicures, by far the best I have ever had.
