Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience ever at a nail salon. These are the ugliest nails I’ve ever seen. They still had lumps in them and the shape was nothing like I asked for. The man that did my nails was very rude. I showed him a design I wanted and he started saying he can’t do designs because he broke his hand a long time ago. Then I showed him the shape and length I wanted and he started to complain I wanted them to long. He stared doing a different shape then when I tell him that’s not what I want he started yelling at me. Over all he was very unprofessional and my nails look horrible. Worst experience ever at a nail salon. These are the ugliest nails I’ve ever seen. They still had lumps in them and the shape was nothing like I asked for. The man that did my nails was very rude. I showed him a design I wanted and he started saying he can’t do designs because he broke his hand a long time ago. Critical: PunctualityI have a gift certificate that has a balance of $14 that has expired due to attempting to make an appointment to have my toe nails painted but this nail salon seems to be always be booked!! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWoman did a relatives nails, the gel and tips she put on began falling off the next day. Blatantly refused to refund money and ran me off because I wasn’t wearing a mask (claustrophobia) when I questioned their product quality. Not recommended at all.
