4 trips to the salon to get our fills 3 of us and made an appointment at 10 the day before for 5:30 to be told we are fully booked. Didn’t ask a name didn’t say anything but said they’re fully booked. Never ever will I come back for someone who doesn’t give to craps about anyone and there time. Tipped $50 last time and this is the respect you give customers who tip really well. Ridiculous

I came here to get my nails done 6 years ago when I lived in Kingwood. I recently moved back and walked in and got a pedicure. The ladies who work here still remembered me and the details of my life, my kids, etc, 6 years later. I was so amazed. Several of them have worked here for 5-10 years or more, so there is stability and familiar faces. They do amazing work at amazing prices. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

I don’t like writing reviews, but I am so grateful to these super nice people. My four little girls and I (and a baby!) came in with no appointment at a busy time to just get polish on their toes and hands, which I didn’t realize is actually a lot of work for them, taking up lots of time and chairs. But they were so kind about it, even repairing the 4 year old’s polish when she smudged it, and gave us an amazing price too. Just so nice! They even volunteered to paint little flowers on those tiny nails.

Came to this salon for the first time on Sunday, May 26, 2019 as a “walk-in”. IMMEDIATELY, I was greeted and asked what service(s) I needed. Because this establishment was new to me, I just asked for a pedicure. By the time I left, not only did I receive a pedicure, I also had a shellac manicure, eyebrows waxed AND shoulder massage!! Heidi, Tammy and all the ladies there were phenomenal. I left over a $25 tip. Will definitely be back.

I just left about 2 minutes ago from an eyebrow wax. I’ve had better work done. I was charged $10. However, when I just called and asked how much for eyebrow waxing, the front desk representative told me $8. At first I thought about the extra two dollars being a credit card fee, but I didn’t take my payment out until after I was given the balance. First and LAST time going!!

Got a full set on Tuesday. it is sunday and every nail has popped off. One cracked my natural nail when it popped off and made me bleed. i do not recommend this nail salon. Nails didn’t even last 4 days.

This morning I bumped my foot before a nice long workout ♀️ at the gym.still decided that I was going to get the pedicure I had promised myself. I went in with a swollen and bruised pinky toe. Despite The injured toe, my pedicure felt great. Kim was extra careful with that area of my foot. She really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had a pleasant experience. I have been going to this salon since I moved to Texas five years ago and absolutely love them! Tracy, Sun, and Van are all wonderful, but truly everyone on staff is fantastic. I drive from downtown to see them now because of how great they are! ❤️

Can’t say enough. These women are tops. Remember you by name, know your favorite polish colors and preferred services. Have adapted to Covid guidelines beautifully. Always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Haven’t been to another salon in years and won’t. I’d rather my nails look a mess than risk going elsewhere.
