Was visiting the area and needed my nails done. Spa Nail was close by and accepted walk ins. The shop itself was very clean and tidy. The people were friendly and courteous. I had a mani pedi with gel polish done. The price was comparable to what I pay at my home spa. They did an excellent job on my hands and feet. I would not hesitate to recommend them and if I get back that way, I will visit again.

EVERYTIME I go and I mean EVERYTIME the mother or older lady has an attitude. Today was my LAST time. Our plan was to get two pedis and one SNS and manicure /polish for my little one. The atmosphere felt tense and on edge. I took my 15 year old and 11 year old daughters to get manicures while I got a pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure seemed like she just got out of school but did a really good job. After we left my youngest told me that the older Asian lady that did my daughters manicures was rude to my oldest, she kept telling her how dry her skin was. She needs to learn customer service and how to talk to someone. The lady doing the manicures never once thought that maybe my daughter has a skin condition that causes the dry skin and was already insecure about it. Not even a full 24 hours later, my youngest daughter’s nail polish started PEELING, not chipping but actually peeling up. When I called about having it fixed I was told that regular nail polish only lasts 24 to 48 hours. The lady I spoke with finally agreed to let me come in the next business day since they close at 5pm on Mondays to have it fixed. Next time I will just drive to Pooler. I will not go to them again.

Great visit here. Staff was very friendly we had a nice conversation. No wait, was offered bottled water and candy. Didn’t tale long at all. I got a deluxe pedicure, working hard all week it was well needed. Thank you Ms. Vee, her mom was great as well! Prices are fair, clean building and gel polish offered as well. Will be back!

The girl who owned the store was one of the most friendly people I have met. She was very professional and I was expecting my nails to look like they normally do when I leave a salon (eh) but my nails looked so perfect I never knew my natural nails could look that good! Also the price was literally unbeatable like I’m talking Walmart kinda low prices with nail quality and service quality that is insanely amazing . 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a new salon!
