Critical: QualityFull ombré set. It took a second salon to get my nails to even look half way better. I got pink ombré. The ombré is not even and it’s more peachy. The flowers on both nails look like a kid did them. And not even the flower design I requested. Half of the gel was missing/ blotchy on 4 of the nails. At my second salon today the lady couldn’t believe I just got them done. She said that was the worst ombré set she’s ever seen. Never again will I return to this salon. On top of everything else. Full ombré set. It took a second salon to get my nails to even look half way better. I got pink ombré. The ombré is not even and it’s more peachy. The flowers on both nails look like a kid did them. Critical: QualityStarted off great, then the guy put a different color then what I wanted, looked great so I kept it, no big deal. Then he goes off to the back and out the back door for a good 15 minutes, finally comes back, I pay and leave, 2 days after my nails start coming off and he won’t do anything about it. I paied 35 for a full set. I usually pay 40-50 at a different place and I’ve never had them fall off till at least 3 weeks. Started off great, then the guy put a different color then what I wanted, looked great so I kept it, no big deal. Then he goes off to the back and out the back door for a good 15 minutes, finally comes back, I pay and leave, 2 days after my nails start coming off and he won’t do anything about it. I came in to get a basic pedicure (no polish) and afterwards there was still polish remaining from my last pedicure. The nail artist constantly bounced back and forth from me and other people who were coming in. I usually don’t mind this (I know nail shops can get busy) but not when you’re half doing my service while providing way better service to the other customers. I couldn’t believe there was still polish left. Also, she cut my cuticle very harshly. I winced and she did not apologize. Compared to other nail salons the quality is horrible. Went here three times and each time I was not fully satisfied with my nails. The polish was caked on and basically coming off same day. It took for the third time for me to actually come back to the shop and complain as before I just didn’t have the time. They wanted me to wait two hours just to repaint them. Very unprofessional and not a good way to keep business. Went to Trishs nails and paid again just to have them repaint but they did a much better job. & guess what? Polish is not chipping coming off or NOTHING. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismOn May 2, 20 I went into Spa Nails and there was only two Ladies getting their nails done which was perfect.I had only enough time to run out get my face wax and head back to the house after stopping at Daylight Donut that morning.The time that their open works for my schedule and they are low key that is the main reason why I always go to Spa Nails.They are not overly crowded and usually very polite! This morning the young woman who is the only person who does my faceDid not do a good job, usually she would miss a few spots here and there which I would not make a big deal about. I simply go home and clean it up myself. I’ve been going to Spa Nails almost a year. That morning she honestly did not make an effort. To my surprise she calls a customer who is walking back to her seat to get a second opinion!!This young lady was polite enough to take time away from her day of pampering herself to examine Spa Nails mistakes. Not only that was unprofessional but speaks volumes for Spa Nails. I tried getting the attention of whom I assume is the owner /manager ect. But he ignored me.After thoroughly examining Spa Nails mistakes this young woman pointed out to the rep that there are still areas that needed to be properly waxed.Through out this Unpleasant experience of having my head shoved back-and-forth by Spa Nails representative I find myself getting ready to lose control of this situation. I had to verbally tell this woman to take her hands away from my face she was not happy with this situation and started to wax my face again.This time she properly rubbed the wax onto my face and it was done correctly.No one should have to experience a situation like this. Spa Nails made a mistake simply PAY attention to your customers and be professional. Going to a nail salon/any salon is supposed to be a relaxing and comfortable experience. I told the woman thank you, now it’s properly done. She said to me I am going to charge you $20 I walked over to the manager “I assume” And said to him you have it posted $8 and he finally looked up at me and said it will be $15 to have your face wax from now on.As I was walking out of the salon I told them I will be back!!I am going back because I want to see how much I will be charged, for something I have been paying $8 for nearly a year?!?!?!This is my review and experienceAt Cartersville Ga.
