Worth the drive to south county! I’ve been seeing Alex for hair for at least 10 years now, she’s excellent. Recently when I was not able to book with Alex I saw Maria and was very happy with my cut and blow out. She really listened to what I asked for and was really easy going and pleasant to chat with. I have had an amazing brow wax/tint and lash tint/lift with Joanne—honestly the best I’ve ever had anywhere. She clearly knows what she’s doing and takes a lot of pride in her work. I’ve had excellent facials with Bailey and luxurious massages with Kathy. I cannot recommend this spa more highly. Yes, the prices can be a little steep but you really get what you pay for here…invest in your self care! So worth it!

Got a massage here last week with a gift card I’d been sitting on for far too long. I got a 45 minute deep tissue with Felicia and it was great. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing as well as friendly. She massaged exactly where I needed and gave good advice to keep the knots out of my back. I highly recommend a massage with her!

Critical: CommunicationI took the day off work to get a massage and got the confirmation email and confirmation call to confirm my appointment. Showed up and waited 25 minutes before they told me the masseuse had a family emergency and would have to cancel. Maybe that’s true & maybe it isn’t, but you’d think they’d be able to communicate better. I started coming to Spa Mosaic 3 years ago because the previous place I was going to in Providence kept doing a terrible job highlighting my hair. The last 3 times at the old salon, I had to go back the next day to correct the color. A friend recommended Spa Mosaic and I’m so happy she did. Suzanne is great with color and tones that suit each person. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. It’s nice to know I can go to Spa Mosaic and trust that they will do a good job.

Joanne is the best! I have been getting waxed for 3 years with her. Not only is she fast and gentle but extremely kind and outgoing! Highly recommend spa mosaic and Joanne because they have both types of waxed to make the experience pain free!
