My wife and I booked a couples massage and I asked for the a deep tissue and my wife asked for a relaxing massage. We both felt they used a lot of oil and hot towels but didn’t spent time in the massage. It was rushed and my deep tissue massage was not a deep tissue massage. I would make sure they understand your expectation before starting.

I was in the Lahaina/Kaanapali location with my daughter recently and had the best massage I’ve ever had by Hang Vo. I had the Hawaiian Bliss and I couldn’t have been happier. Me and my husband have a great time at Spa Maui and Massage. Our body was super tired from our long trip from California to Ka’anapali, so we badly needed a massage. My husband came from Haleakala bike ride too and after the massage we feel relaxed & relieved. Thanks to our amazing therapists! Poor management !! my husband booked a reservation almost a month ago for couple massages because we were celebrating our anniversary . We stop our day of snorkeling to come get our couple massages when we get to the place they guy at the front said that they have been trying to contact us since yesterday because they booked us with a therapist that isn’t available .
