Jenn is an amazing massage therapist! I loved everything from start to finish. She reminded me in the beginning that it was time to relax and that really allowed me to let go and be present. She may be small but she is Mighty & is very strong but controlled! All the details from hot stones, warm clothes, aromatherapy, etc., were wonderful! I’ll definitely be back to see her!

The new members lounge at the Bloomfield location was very nice. Comfy loungers that adjust leg and back positioning. Burned sage to help you get grounded before your spa experience. I received a signature massage from Kacia. It was amazing. She really listened to what I was looking for. I’ve seen Jenn as well at the Birmingham location in the past and she was the same, so I imagine all of their therapists are well trained and care about giving a good service.

This proves management cares about the spa experience and the importance of continuously training the staff on mastering their techniques.
