Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualitySpa Mariana took my breath away. From the moment you step through the doors you forget about all your outside worries. Their no cell phone request was a great way for me to unplug and escape from the craziness going on during the busy holiday season. As soon as you step in you are greeted by the spa manager or even the owner. They start by settling you in a s taking your coat, then changing you into slippers to start the feel of the experience. After my detailed Spa tour I was seated in the beautiful members private relaxation lounge. After my amazing treatment with Lindsay I was sent back to the lounge and offered a hot tea or fresh squeezed Organic Orange water made fresh daily. Of course I had to have both and I recommend either one to you! Before leaving I was then asked about my experience by the front desk team and have now joined a membership here at the spa to keep this experience going into my 2022 journey.In case you are wondering I recommend Spa Marians to all my friends and family and don’t forget to try Jawanna for your facial or waxing needs. She answered a lot of my questions and sent me out the door with a new skin care products that make my skin feel amazing!Spa Mariana took my breath away. The environment and people made me feel like I deserve to be treated like a Queen. Every single thing they did was perfect. The hot tea during my foot soak and a heating pad on my shoulders allowed me to relax and disconnect from the world. The massage was excellent and so unique.
