Don and his crew are the best! Fast service, good prices, and great guys. I bought a used, refurbished tub from Din over 5 years ago. Great deal! Great tub. Highly recommend. As a long time customer, pay no attention to the negative reviews. My guess is that these folks find difficulty in many aspects of their lifes. Spa Mania ROCKS!!

Great prices and overall service. The owner will work with you to find the right spa if not in stock. They always seem busy and sometimes it takes a while to schedule a service call, but they always follow through with reasonable prices. Used spas can be a headache so you need to find a reputable dealer. Overall they seem like a solid outfit. Had a good experience.

I bought a nice used Armstrong hot tub here like 3 years ago. Don delivered it to my house with a team of guys, and stayed until it was running. About a month after I got my tub it started leaking, and though it was a little difficult to get ahold of Don because of a hot tub show, he made it by that week to fix our tub for free. I would say that my experience has been pretty great.

We had a terrible experience. I would caution anyone. to stay away from Don. We had an older spa that was using a lot of electricity. Don sold us a refurbished one with all new parts. It has leaked since we got it. Toussant has bravely tried to fix it but cannot. Don refuses our calls. Our only recourse now is to sue. We have tadpoles now and soon will have frogs. I want it gone.
