The facial was nice. They should not advertise a “1 hour facial” when I probably only got a 30 minute facial and the rest of the time being spent filling out paper work and being in another room waiting for them to get the products ready. I was there a total of a hour from the time I got out of my car and then back into it.

Talk about worthless, I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks ago for today and drove 25 minutes one way from Berea only to find nobody was at this business. Then I look them up online and their own site says they are closed Wednesday. WHAT GENUIS SCHEDULES AN APPOINTMENT FOR A DAY THAT THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS IS CLOSED?????????? Thanks for wasting an hour of my life and a gallon of gas!
