Spa Le Jeane was excellent, they were incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming. They worked with my personal difficulties including being self conscious and nervous. They helped me relax and enjoy the massage treatment. Truly a fantastic experience.

10/10 DO NOT recommend. I was a frequent customer when they first opened 7-ish years ago and services were worth going there. Then service went WAY downhill after many original employees left due to the owner. I had a pedicure where the girl kept going over and over a big toe because she couldn’t polish it right, had polish left on my skin and clumps of polish on my toenail. My finger nails looked like I did them at home. On another occasion I had a facial that should have been luxurious but was very basic with no extractions and basically I could have done the same thing as my night skincare routine. I told my family to stop buying me gift cards for the place because I would go elsewhere, which believe me, we have other really great massage therapists and aestheticians in our area. Back in September of this year my husband “forgot” that he doesn’t buy me gift cards there anymore and went in and bought me a gift card and scheduled me an appointment for my birthday. I called I called in 28th a prior to my massage appointment because I still had COVID symptoms and I would not be able to go in. I had had Covid the week prior, took a course of meds and by CDC process, should have been ok to go back out in public which is why he booked the massage on my birthday, however, I was coughing and still did not feel comfortable. When I called, I didn’t lead with I was canceling because I had Covid and the owner said it was about 24 hrs so she would see what they could do, then when I told her who I was (and she knows who I am), she said “oh I told your husband 48hrs. I then explained to her that I have been sick with Covid and she started asking me personal questions – how long, when I was diagnosed, why my husband scheduled a service when I had Covid (like does anyone know why their husband does things sometimes). I told her I was not comfortable being “questioned” by her and end of story was I couldn’t come in. She was just extremely condescending and elitist and I was put off. I told her I just wanted a refund and stand by why I never want to come there ever again. She said they don’t offer refunds. I get it, it’s pasted all over your website, which is terrible customer service especially when your customer service approach is to be condescending and rude. My husband filed a chargeback on his card AND she went out of her way to fight it, so it showed back up on his card. This is sheer theft and greed. Go elsewhere! You WILL have better service.

Spa pedicures. Enjoyed the complimentary mimosas. The ladies that did our feet were very kind. There was a little accident with the worker who did my pedicure. But it wasn’t bad to the point that I wouldn’t go back.

My boyfriend and I went there for my birthday. We got the Valentine’s special, which was supposed to include champagne, two roses, chocolate-covered strawberries, and an hour long couples massage. Honestly, there were both positives and negatives to our experience. The positives was that we were offered a variety of beverages, not just champagne (we went for the mimosas); we each got two strawberries and they were delicious and fresh; our massage therapists were very professional and perfectly in sync with each other; the massage itself was amazing; the atmosphere was relaxing; the warm moist towels they used to wipe off the oils was a nice touch; and we received foot soaks that weren’t advertised as part of the package. The negatives were that the robes were a little small and not as soft as I would have expected, and we received a small handful of daisies instead of roses, which died within 12 hours. For the Valentine’s package, we spent twice as much as a standard couples massage. So overall, I don’t think I would spend the money on the package again, I don’t think it was worth the extra money, but I would definitely come back for another standard massage.

We had a great experience here! Diane was so friendly and helpful on the phone when scheduling our appointments. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is so relaxing. My friends and I got manicures and pedicures and they were able to book us all together so we could spend time together that day. I liked the way the manicure and pedicure area was off to the side behind closed doors so it was quiet and peaceful. We were offered a free mimosa and a snack which was so nice. They had a great selection of colors to choose from and Carly who did my mani/pedi did a wonderful job! My friends and I were all so impressed we said we want to come back again soon. Thanks for a great spa experience!

Faith did an amazing job on pedicure yesterday!!!! I found out her work schedule so I can be serviced by her again!!! I got the Maxime pedicure, and she did an excellent job!! The way she massaged my legs and feet felt like heaven!!!!!!!!! I will be returning to her again!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
