My first time here and Ive already planned my future visits. Rachel gave me my facial and she was amazing. She made the environment perfect. The extra details put into the facial made this a great experience, like the face massage and such 🙂 Everyone that has seen me after this facial has complimented me on my skin tone. Also to add, I have very sensitive skin and the products they use are great. Powerful, yet non-irritating, which I appreciate…. It’s easy to tell that Rachel and the other staff are very knowledgeable about what they do. I got a lot of advice and my skin issues are going to be gone soon enough with their help! Very excited for my next visit.

After being referred by a coworker I cannot express how happy I am with the results. The building is extremely clean and all staff members are friendly. I bought the recommended products and in less than 2 weeks I am already seeing a difference in my combination skin. Working with Rachel the esthetician is both informative and rewarding. I absolutely love this spa. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I am always satisfied with the service I receive. I recently had several Jet Peels with Maria and I cannot believe how amazing my skin looks. I’ve seen a significant improvement in the texture of my skin and my sun spots are almost gone. I trust Maria with anything she recommends and I feel she always has my best interest in mind. She is honest about what my skin needs and never tries to sell me on services or products I don’t need. Disappointed, I’ve been a few times and the woman I normally see, Bri is AWESOME. Today I had things to do and was in need of a facial and chose a new woman… as I had things later in the day and she was available. She was great! Both women were. The end took a turn for the worst. After the facial the owner and esthetician tried to sell me a bunch of products without disclosing the price. After they both go in the rooms and walk away the receptionist tells me it’s close to $400… they didn’t think to mention that? I bought a cleanser from them last time that’s literally still new, and was told to buy a different one from the same brand as it will “be better”. Granted, I asked for what they recommend but 6 products? Really? I was told told to switch between both cleansers morning and night.? Excessive. If you go there see Briana, she doesn’t push products on you. I also feel like everything one esthetician said the other one told me not to do. I walked out today confused and upset as I felt like a sale more than anything else. I wish the business nothing but luck, as the new location is beautiful and facials are great.
