Prior to my visit, I was able to speak to Jessica on the phone who answered all of my questions. Jessica was SO professional and sweet throughout the entire process! She is amazing at what she does! Critical: QualityI had a 9am appointment for pedicure, the person that was doing my pedicure was late. I was called in late to my appointment, then she kept forgetting steps, and rushed through the whole procedure. The whole pedicure was supposed to last 40 minutes and it lasted 25 and then she was rushing me to get out of the chair. I’ve been to both their McAllen and Harlingen locations and always love the service and attention from the staff. The place is always very relaxing and clean, never have to worry about the smell of chemicals like at a regular salon. Doesn’t matter who does your service or what you get they’re all very knowledgeable and friendly! Glad I now live down the street them!
