I came to get my nails done while I was staying at the hotel. The atmosphere is pretty nice and relaxing and I liked the girl who was doing my nails. The massage chair and champagne were a nice touch. I would rate higher but I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of the nail polish; my nails were already chipped that same night. For the amount that you pay the quality of the product should be better. Maybe next time I’m out this way I’ll try a massage instead.

As a Christmas gift, my husband gave me a manicure and pedicure here. The services were great and the staff were awesome. I’m taking stars away because what a rip off. For a manicure and pedicure, it was $135 + tip. And this was for basic nail polish (not gel). My mother in law and sister in laws also had the same services and their nail polish was chipping after a few hours. I’ve never heard of the polish they used. While it was nice and relaxing, most definitely not worth the price.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I received a deep-tissue massage and came in 20 minutes early for it. We started a little late (which makes sense due to COVID cleaning), but we also ended 10 minutes early, so I feel like I only got a 40 minute massage instead of the 50 I paid for. I told the massage therapist about some problem areas with my back to focus on, but it didn’t seem like there was more attention there than normal. Overall, it did not seem worth the money.

We went for my sons first birthday, first massage I’d had since giving birth and it was life changing. I received the best massage of my life here. 10/10. The rooms were dark and quiet, calming. I had a robe they provided and felt so comfortable. I love the products they used, everything smelled fantastic. I was also able to be worked in very short notice which I deeply appreciated.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! Roxy was kind and gentle when doing my facial. I felt really comfortable for all of my treatments. And those robes! I was also pleasantly surprised by the Halo Salt Room. I have testicle allergies and within five minutes of sitting in there, my sinuses were crystal clear! 10 out of ten would recommend!
