I did opt for the express, however that should not have anything to do with the quality received. I’m pretty sure my 11 year old daughter could have done a better job. You could see where the 2nd coat of polish was put on. I did opt for the express, however that should not have anything to do with the quality received. I’m pretty sure my 11 year old daughter could have done a better job. I purchased the Kalahari escape, and I thoroughly enjoyed all the services. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a small mixup with my scheduled services, but the receptionist made it right during my visit. I plan to be back!

I had the escape package with a massage, facial, and pedicure. I don’t usually spoil myself it the boys were at the water park, so I indulged. Kimberly and Marlene were wonderful and Jason was the perfect end to my experience. Go ahead and do it Moms, you deserve it!!

My daughter and I booked a massage for the both of us at $150. We made a reservation and headed for the arcade. Once we got our tickets we got in line to cash them in. I had no idea that the line would go so slow. We were so close to our turn after waiting for over a half an hour that I just didn’t think it was good idea to just cut out of line and I thought the spa would be more accommodating. I was incorrect. We arrived about 5 min late. Well filling out the paperwork and changing is all part of the time you booked for. So we had about 15 min or so left. I expressed my anger about the line etc and they barely listened to me and basically said the two were not connected. When I said I was still angry about my limited time they decided to not massage us at all!!! They sent us to the manager and didn’t even give us our 15 min. massage. We had booked for 25 min. When I talked to the manager she wouldn’t reschedule it or refund our money. I would not recommend going here at all. They don’t care about the guests or their experience. They just want your money.

Justin was phenomenal!! Magic hands, plus very knowledgeable of ways to relieve tension and stress. Even showed me a few exercises to do on a daily basis to keep the aches manageable! 11/10 recommend
