So I recently moved to Seattle and have been having a hard time finding a good nail spot. Long and behold, I come across this place and it was amazing. Between the stellar service and quality of work, this place exceeded expectation. I love my nails, and will definitely be a returning regular customer. FYI Helen did my nails, and she’s great. She knows how to deliver when it comes to giving you exactly what you want . And has a warm personality. It was nice to not feel like just a body in a seat. Last but not least, I enjoyed looking at her full set of nails, and being in my element talking about nails! I’ve never really seen nail techs wear acrylics let alone polish. Loved it!

This review is long over do. This has been my go to spot for a while and I’ve never had a bad experience. I strongly recommend making an appointment, but if you don’t mind waiting around, they will do their best to get you in as soon as they can.

This is an add on to my first review- sherry did my fill and did a wonderful job. She was very attentive and made sure I liked her work the whole process. I’ve come to this nail shop a handful of times and will be going back soon to get my lashes filled. I was satisfied with those as well. The second pic is lashes first day done- third pic is January 23rd (I got them done New Year’s Eve)

I have been to this salon a couple of times..Always had a okay-ish experience with service. But today it was horrible..the young girl who did my nails pulled the skin on my thumb nail i started to bleed…she said sorry and they kept on talking in their language and then i asked her to do my nails properly as she finished everything in like 10 mins.she refused do so and they all started shouting in their language and laughing about how i asked her to do it again.. it has always been like that.just because you don’t understand their language they start talking in their language and laughing and you do know its about you..after all this she had the audacity to ask for tip. Not going here again and will never let anyone i know or care about go there.

I was having a pretty rough day and decided a pedicure would help me relax. I walked in here and they were available to see me right away. They had 3 pedicure options and I chose the deluxe for $40 which was the middle level. It was SO relaxing! I’ve had many pedicures but this one stood out. My feet, and lower legs, feel so well cared for. Thank you Spa Hop! I’ll be back for more.
