Basically, they charge 30-40% more than most places in Miami fir the same or lower quality services. A simple EXTREMELY average facial is $250 (in New York for $250 you’ll get 100% better products and services). That is why they sell their clients a “membership”. Their manager told me $149 would include a facial, VeloShape and sauna. I’ve paid for the membership but didn’t have time for a sauna and VeloShape that day so the manager told me to come back tomorrow or any other day. When I got back, they charged me another $149 and tried to persuade me I’ve misunderstood something. Either they don’t know how to communicate properly or these people are scammers. AVOID.
