My husband and I have had many massages back home, and nothing was more relaxing then this. Hands down, no pun intended, the best massage I’ve ever had. My husband had Troy and I had a gentleman who’s name begins with a K. He was firm, yet gentle. The beds and face rests were heated. They used pineapple passionfuit scented products that smelt amazing. These guys were so very professional and knew what they were doing. We highly recommend.

You have to try this place out. Spa treatments are everywhere in Maui, but Spa Helani gives you an experience. My wife tried the Journey to Hana ritual massage and loved it. You lay on a crystal mat over sand. It helps you sink into the massage further. I had the Tahitian mahan a massage and Charlene didn’t disappoint. She took away every knot and ache from braving the waves a day before.

Women and men have their own locker rooms, rain showers, steam room and meditation room. The locker rooms use a key pad to lock your valuables and are very clean.. There is an outdoor waiting room that is co-ed with comfy shaded lounge chairs. The couple room was very calm and relaxing. Our spa technicians were very conscientious and attentive. Overall relaxing experience.

The spa gave away our couples massage room and then blamed it on me saying that they left me a message when I talked to someone. Horrible service anyways. Didn’t have any water or snacks or anything. Staff was not helpful in trying to get ready or how the locker is suppose to work.

My sister-in-law and and I went here for manicures and pedicures before her Maui wedding. It was a treat! Marisa was fantastic. The regular manicure still looks great over 10 days out, and we had a lovely time to boot.

Tim gave me an amazing therapeutic massage. I highly recommend him. Afterwards, he went out of his way to give me and my 86 yo Mom a ride back to our resort at Nanea so she wouldn’t have to walk so far. Great service!
