I get facials and waxing here regularly. The facials are so relaxing and somehow help with my digestive issues. The products are organic and smell so good!! I use the products at home when I need an energy boost or to press the reset button. It works like a charm! Also, getting my legs waxed here save me so much time and energy shaving at home. My experience was horrible here. When I arrived I waited up front for quite some time. I was eventually taken to a room to complete paperwork and was left there for a while. I was then taken to my treatment room meant for couples and never offered to change into a robe/ slippers. I asked the therapist where the pregnancy pillow was that would allow me to lay face down. She told me that they did not have one. I let her know that I called to verify that they did prior to making the appointment and that I would be cancelling if they did not have one. She left me in the room while she went to look for it. After she brought it back she told me to try it out so that I wouldn’t be wasting her time if I didn’t like it. The pillow was perfect. I then waited for her to figure out the head piece on the table, which she didn’t. My massage started at least 15 minutes late but finished on time and felt totally rushed. I would be willing to bet the therapist had never worked on is is not comfortable working on pregnant clients. I would never go back or recommend this spa based on my experience.

I was given a nice gift card for this location, however, it is much too far from where I live. It’s a 50 minute drive but I was in dire need of a massage. When I booked I asked for 80 minutes with hot stones. My massage therapist was top notch and the place was very clean and quiet. They use all natural essential oils.

Spa Habitat is the best spa experience in Southlake. Plus, the products at clover tree apothecary are amazing!!! A morning here has become a tradition every time we visit Southlake or the surrounding areas.

So I use to be a big fan of spa habitat & would rave about the Southlake location in particular for years. But lately they have gone down in quality of service. August myself, October my gf I referred, now February my hunny. We all walked away on separate occasions feeling like The experience was so- so. We all got the 3 hr package feet, back, w/ facial. All walking away feeling like the service from our 50 min facial was the best part. Kudos to the facial tech she gave a better massage than the masseuse. I’m really just disappointed after spending several hundred dollar on the service just to walk out feeling meh, it was ok. The massage therapist need some quality control training. Or maybe spa habitat is telling to go fast & rough.Idk

I let go of it and tried to stay cheerful to get a good experience. My facial was supposed to be 50 minute facial for $125.00, she completed everything in 35 mins, when I asked her why wasn’t I given a good face massage she said that she is backed up all day and also in order to get a good massage choose 80 minute facial ! Well at least If you gave me my 50 minutes I would have appreciated your service and would definitely come back!! I guess you need to learn to give a good customer service when you charge us a good price for it! I hope this will be helpful to customers trusting these estheticians to do a good work! This place is fantastic. Went with my mom for her birthday, and had an amazing time. The really wonderful, knowledgeable massage therapist was able to work around all my back issues, and even gave me stretches to do at home. The lady who did our facials customized them to suit our skin types, and varied the intensity depending on how sensitive our faces were. Everything smelled amazing! We left happy, relaxed and with a few nice things to use at home – not the least expensive spa in Southlake, but probably the best!
