I went for the classic facial and then ended up adding other things to make sure I get the “full” experience according to my facial therapist. It was an hour of her basically rubbing and cleaning different types of creams on my face and when it was time to extract blackheads and do an actual work it was a matter of 2 seconds with no blackhead extractions whatsoever, claiming that my skin is great. Well if it was great why did you claim I needed this facial badly in the first place? And not even once did she ask for my opinion or give me a mirror to show me the progress on my face. Overall not worth the price or the hype. At least not from a facial perspective.

Their staff is very attentive! I’ve had a ton of massages throughout my life and hands down I experienced the best massage back in October! I had a deep tissue massage and there were techniques used that I hadn’t experienced yet! They’re on the more expensive side but for an occasional massage it’s well worth it!

Very nice facility! I haven’t gotten a massage in over a year & I was really looking forward to a relaxing time. The facility and amenities were wonderful & the staff was very nice & helpful. I enjoyed everything about S.G. except for the massage itself. The masseuse was very friendly, but also very talkative. Which wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing if she wasn’t so expressive with her hands while talking. We talked the whole 60 minutes and I don’t want to exaggerate but I truly felt I only had her hands on me for half of our total time, if that. I was hoping to leave with that good sore feeling after a massage, & instead felt like I was hardly touched at all. So, in short, I would definitely recommend this facility & come back myself. However, I would make sure to try out a different masseuse next time.

I did my nail and hair cut here. For sure this is a place I will return. I feel very pampered after my mani and pedi. The wait room is dark and relaxing. The nail room is very private and the lady is awesome. No pain, great conversation if you desire as she also know if you are not in the mood of chatting. I’m glad to finally meet someone who is not a chatting bird. The front table are nice as well.

I like this spa, however, gift certificates not being eligible for any discounts doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s kind of a scam. If my friend paid $100 for my gift certificate, that should be as good as cash, therefore be eligible for whatever discounts are offered at the time. However, they are not. On top of that, they’d still like you to leave a gratuity. I don’t understand this sales model. So, I won’t buy these gift certificates for anyone.
