Birthday celebration for the wife. Took advantage of Spa Date package for two and was not disappointed. Nice clean facilities. Quiet room had snacks to share and different types of champagne. Sauna and showers in locker rooms. No “true” eucalyptus steam room, but showers get hot and branded eucalyptus “mist” included to get the job done. Great customer service and they made my wife feel extra special.

I had the most relaxing hour with Heather. It was my first time using the hot stones & WOW she worked her magic, Heather was able to create such an amazing experience & left me feeling brand new! The staff is incredibly friendly & everything is so nice and clean. I would highly recommend this place.

So far this place is very accessible except for minor thing. Shower needs a teal shower chair or something for wheelchair user if they choose to shower. And hand towels could be lower. Other than that this place is amazing! I only gave it four stars due to minor accessibility. I did mention to the front desk gal. Hopefully she tells the owner.

I loved my massage therapeut yesterday. She did a fantastic job. I have whole body spasm due to an accident and she helped me relax my muscles a little. The hot stone massage was really nice.

I’ve been there twice; both times the facials were amazing. I would not recommend this spa though because their rules at the front desk are inconsistent from visit to visit. I kindly asked if the manager could at least call to discuss it as I wanted to buy product and the manager never called (and it’s been over a week ago that I last visited)

Massage was absolutely great. The facility was a disappointment as was the front desk receptionist on the way out. The men’s sauna was out of service and when I mentioned this to the girl at the front, she looked surprised. I asked how long it will stay broken and she said “don’t ask me, I’m new. I’ve ‘only’ been here for 2 months”. Really?? Two months and u’re still new?

Had a head to toe renewal package. the facial is great, really happy with the service and loved talking to the technician (sorry can’t remember her name) but the massage is terrible and in a way ridiculous. The technician has that facial expression that I am not good enough to be his client and that he is too fancy to be here. Not a smile at all. When he told me to deep breath and I didn’t quite get what he was going for, he said that he will stop this massage becuase I was not working with him. I told him that I didn’t understand what he wanted from me and evantually we finished the massage. But from that exchange till the end, he didn’t say he was sorry that he used that tone. He just shows me that I was not enough to be his client agian and agian because the massage he gave me is fancy and that “not everyone knows that technique”. He made me feel like I was stupid. Well, that just sucks so much that I have to go through that and I felt so vulnerable. I want to write this to let whomever that sees this to know that you should speak up when things are not that comfortable. I just regret that I didn’t speak up at the time. Ruined the experience and was not relaxed at all. I came for a good time, but I’ve been stressful and angry and vulnerable for the whole afternoon and evening after the massage. Three stars is solely for the lady that did my facial.
