Place is a scam. I was charged for a booked massage. They CALLED me as I was on my way to the appointment and canceled due to having a leak into the ceiling all of sudden. I was told I will receive a full refund after I refused to reschedule the canceled appointment. It has been 12 days and I have yet received a refund. I’ve called several times. You can’t leave a message. & NO ONE has cared to call back. DO NOT book your massage here. You stole my money and I’ve been very cordial about it. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank I have a cellphone statement with proof of YOU calling me to cancel. If this isn’t resolve expeditiously I will get an attorney and I’m definitely reporting this to the BBB! Thank you

Beware of this place! Booked my massage online while vacationing in Fort Lauderdale and had to pay for it before receiving it! When I arrived, the place was closed and no sign was on the door explaining why! Also, it is nothing like the pictures & there is no pool inside from the size of the place; false advertisement! It’s in a strip mall next door to a tarot card reader and Papa Johns pizza. Looks kinda of sketchy for my likings! Had to leave a message for someone to call back and never received an email response regarding my refund or an apology! I will be filling a fraud claim with my credit card company! Stay away from this place!

Two therapists gave me absolutely the best massage session I’ve ever had in my entire life. They are so skillful and attentive, they absolutely gave what they all have to make sure their clients have the best experiences. OMG, I felt so rejuvenated and slept so good that night. Cannot wait to go back and have services on a regular basis from now on. Definitely a must! The place is so clean and very spacious, beautiful energy! Highly highly recommended
