We’ve gotten no response from Spa-Go about the damage caused by their delivery team when they delivered our hot tub a month ago. The guy who was in charge commented that he thought they would have to slide it into place under our gazebo, rather than tip it. For some reason they suddenly decided to tip it instead. If the four guys had taken the time to first line up the tub between the posts of the gazebo, they could have avoided gouging the brace. (See photo.) Once they lined up the tub correctly, they were able to tip it into place. Apparently, several of the hot tub stores in the Puget Sound area use Spa-Go to do their deliveries. If I had a choice, I would never hire this company to move a hot tub. They are in too big of a hurry, and it sure looks as though they don’t want to admit they are at fault when they cause damage through their own carelessness. Don’t count on them to even offer an apology.

Called to have my hot tub removed, was very clear about where it was. They ripped out the electrical connection causing hundreds of dollars of damage. They bent two slider frames and put a hole in the wall. Its unvelievable the damage they caused. They are now refusing to return my phone calls. Will NEVER recommend this company.

Awful experience, purchased a hot tub from Aquaquip and used “their” delivery company. Delivery company shows up with 4 250 plus pound guys who claimed they could not lift a 745# hot tub 2.5′ off the ground to clear an impediment. Gets worse they decide to just leave while we are on the phone with Aquaquip and my wife is standing 6″ from their trailer taking pictures of damage and almost got hit. The driver then proceeds to aggressively accelerate into our Cul-de-sac spins around and accelerated past our house up to at least 40 MPH in a one ton truck with a heavy trailer and hot tub. No part of this experience was handled professionally. I will no longer allow them on my property nor will I use their services as I/you would have a huge liability risk.

Loy and his crew are awesome. They make what seems impossible look easy. Incredible guys; always friendly and observant in that they can tell the best route to move the tub. Really appreciate your work, guys! (Perhaps they can help out the Seahawks O-line?)

I called to have my hot tub removed. I sent pictures and explained what needed to be done. An appointment was set for the next day. I was told I would get a call 20 min out and set a time with a 4 hour window. As I was leaving to run errands they showed up 2 hours early and no phone call. This wouldn’t have been a problem normally but I had to cancel my appointment. When they got to work they realized they didn’t bring the right tools! They apologized and said they would bring the right tools tomorrow. Again I set an appointment and was told I would get a 20 min ETA call. Again no call. When they got to work again they told me they brought the wrong saw!!!! Arrggggghhhhh! The manager said he would come back they next day to do it. That was the last time I would try going with this company. They seem like friendly guys but are very disorganized.

Was recommended to these guys by Black Pine spa’s in Lynnwood WA. The communication was great at first. We set the date time. We wanted a spa picked up in Lakewood, WA (western WA state) and delivered to Tri Cities, WA (Eastern WA) which is about 170 miles. They arrived after many calls and no return calls 3 hours late. The time they set was supposed to be 3 to 5pm. they showed up at 8pm. They picked it up and did deliver it to our home at 2pm the following day (Sunday). We had to make the calls to help keep us in the loop. So communication is less than stellar with Loy the owner, so if you want them to call you during the move don’t count on it. Plan on being pro active because we called many times and did not received a call back and or text to just to let us know what’s happening and times. When the tub showed up it did arrive as is was picked up. They only sent 2 guys who said they didn’t even know they were getting it till late on Saturday night even though Loy the owner knew about this job a week prior. They guys who arrived with tub looked a tad bit beat up. The reason for only 3 stars is we feel they over charged us just to pick up and drive and drop off. $1200.00 and lack of communication. Your call if you want to use them. They are not bad nor the best I have used in the past.
