Ugh! What an awful customer service experience. The ladys working here are very unfriendly and extremely rude. Steer clear of this place as there are dozens of other nail salons in this area that offer a more pleasant experience.

I’m in awe! Love my facial w/extraction & arm/shoulder massage on Groupon. My face feels exquisite and she did quite a thorough job for the full duration of the hour. It’s a phenomenal deal. For the city the price is unbeatable. Also got a decent pedicure great price.

I had a gift Groupon for a deep facial. I was 3 mins late and they had an attitude even though there was nobody there, the place was empty! By the time I was laying down it was 10 mins later. The door was open the whole time and all I heard them talking loudly in their language. It was not relaxing. The girl was rough and my shoulder is still hurting from the massage. All I got was a massage on my face and shoulders, she was using many different cosmetics that smelled funny. I don’t even get how this is called “deep facial”! She put a cold mask on my face at the end and left the room for 15 mins I guess to have lunch and I felt very cold! She finished it even 5 mins before the time! So overall the facial was 30 mins not 60 mins! Don’t waste your time and $$! Terrible atmosphere and their attitude! I don’t even know how a business like this can thrive in NYC!

Went with a friend as part of a birthday present. My technician was terrible, I liked my pedicure….but my manicure, all I asked was for the basics with clear coat of polish. After she was done, I noticed I was bleeding and most of my fingernails had rough bumps and it was a poor job. My friend had a much better experience, but said it wasn’t perfect would not be returning.

I’ve been here about three times and I’d def go back. At first glance you may think that the customer service is bad because they are not openly warm but they’re actually really nice. The facials are really good and the mani pedi is literally 20$. The massage wasn’t all that but I’d def go back for a facial and/or mani pedi. Plus the place itself is beautiful.

Terrible experience. The girl did such a bad job in a haste. Didn’t spend enough time removing callus or cleaning toes and even did a sloppy job painting the nails. I can do a better job at home. You go to spa to relax and get a professional job done but you won’t get that here. Customer service was terrible as well. Despite such a bad job I was ready to tip until the girl said that minimum is $5 which I found so rude. These people don’t understand the concept of tipping and totally exploit it. I’ve lived in Canada most of my life and never was I told how much to tip. I tip generously but just because I found it soooo rude I refused to tip. And this is the third place in Manhattan where I’ve experienced this. They should value their customers for repeat business. I would never recommend this place to anybody ever.

Second time leaving the nail salon unhappy with the service and upon walking out of the salon, I was asked to tip by someone who did not do my nails. The mani/pedi I received wasn’t good and neither was the service, which was why I didn’t tip. Tip isn’t REQUIRED. Insanely rude to ASK for tip. Not sure why people feel that anyone MUST give a tip. If the job done, wasn’t of quality and the service was terrible, won’t tip.

Disclaimer I went a long time ago, but I think that attests to the quality of the work as I still remember. I come from Latin America where mani/pedis can’t be topped and the young lady that did mine impressed me a lot. My hands and big toes have never been cleaned so well! I do have very sensitive cuticles and she hurt me a tiny bit and I did get the small bits of skin on the top part of the nail a week after. But the job was very well done and I was excited to walk out of this service (for once).
