I use to be a loyal customer to Kim. I was a client during the pandemic and as well referred people to her out of the goodness of my heart. My last visit she had a terrible attitude for absolutely no reason and didn’t even acknowledge me. I brought my best friend who had the same service as me (fills/ pedi). My friend had( fills/pedi but with gel polish)… KIM UPCHARGED her by an additional $30 “by accident” making her total $100! When asked to explain the charges, she said verbatim “oh oops” it’s $75. She tried to rip my friend off and took complete advantage of her. I was hesitant about writing a review as this happened 4 weeks ago but today I decided to.

I started coming to the Spa Elements in Weston less than a year ago and have not been disappointed once. I usually come here twice a month and get all my beauty needs done above and beyond my expectations. I had gone to a variety of beauty salons and had been less satisfied…As per my friend’s suggestion, I tried the Spa Elements in Weston and will definitely continue coming here. Kim and Johnny are both professionals who know their craft and also know how to treat their customers with respect, patience, and professionalism. (The services I usually get are manicure, pedicure, and I even tried the permanent eyeliner!! Thank you, Kim.)

What an amazing full-service spa!!! I’ve been coming here since they opened. Would not consider going any other place for my nails, my hair, my corporal massages and my facials, oh! and let’s not forget the wonderful relaxing pedicures I get with Justin. Each and every one of their nail technicians are excellent manicurist. I get the dipping powder for my nails and I always get complements for how good my nails look. Every time I visit this salon I leave feeling renewed. The massages are so relaxing!! Treat yourself for a foot massage or a deluxe pedicure. Another plus they have is that they do not make you wait when you schedule an appointment. They are all very conscious of everyone’s time. I HIGHLY recommend Spa Elements to those that understand the value of looking and feeling good from head to toes.

Critical: ProfessionalismOn two occasions, they have forgotten to record my forthcoming appointments. Which I made in person. Once the Owner forget as the computer was down that day so she wrote the date and time on a piece of paper which was was never put into the computer.
