My acne got worse lately with long work hours and from wearing mask all day and a friend recommended Spa Dew for a facial. Aqua peel was recommended and it was absolutely amazing. My acne got cleared out so much with two sessions and my skin feels so much smoother and brighter now. It was the best facial and the place is super clean. And staff very friendly. Will definitely go back for more facial sessions.

This is now my go-to spot after a tough week at work! The deep tissue massage here is among the best I ever had and everyone here works hard to get all the knots out of my neck and shoulders. I also had the aqua peel facial and my face felt smooth and brighter even after the first try. Really glad I found this spa!

The last time I came here was when they were located at another facility. They were amazing and always had special deals on their site I used to take advantage of. They also had a seating area with teas, and snacks to enjoy. They also had a sauna you could go into before your massage or scrub. It was amazing.

I was looking forward to treating myself to the Caribbean Escape treatment for my birthday . I haven’t been to Spa Dew in five years after having a baby and moving out of NYC. I used to go there for different packages and facials . I called today to make an appointment and after providing my phone # I was told my card needed to be charged for a No Show. I never missed my sessions in the past and what upset me the most was how can the apply current policies to the past. If you can’t provide info about when I supposedly missed the appointment and you don’t care to lose a customer and treat with respect and consideration for birthday event, how can you call yourself a service business? Shame

Terrible customer service!! Please to all my friends they use the same dish detergent on your skin to scrub you and the same body gloves over and over on different people. I missed one appointment due to a bad cold, came the following month paid for service and tipped 100.00 and still every time I call they tell me I am no call no show this is foolishness and then hung up the phone. They treat there employees so badly and get extremely angry when you ask about the detergent they us!!

Message and facial experience was ok! Not the best I have had but they made you feel calm and did the job! The message room and facial room were cramped. I really wanted to support this business but !!!! the way they asked people to add additional services for and the way they charge people for tips are really shady… They straight up asked for 20% tips regardless of the service, but then charged more than 20% tips on our card… we have no idea what the total amount were but was in a rush to leave…. Make sure you ASK FOR ITEMIZED RECEIPT!! please be aware how they asked you to add services to the $$$ amount you are already paying ( for the package that may not worth not much). Overall, we felt like we have been ripped off…

This spa was amazing. I had the body scrub and a hot stone massage and it was heaven. They scrubbed my body so clean I felt lighter. I booked a couples scrub and massage with my girlfriend. I would r suggest booking as a couple if you don’t want to be naked In front of each other all day.
