Critical: ProfessionalismMy boyfriend bought me a $200 gift card for Christmas and I was so excited!! I’ve been to Spa Day Luxe many times and enjoyed it. A couple of days later (today) I went to get it and I realized it was gone. I freaked out and checked everywhere.Somehow, one of us much have thrown it out when we were cleaning up all the Christmas wrapping paper and it’s no ones fault but our own but I asked him to call and see if there was any way they could reissue a new one. He bought it on Christmas Eve and today is the 29th, they have my name in their records and would be able to see I haven’t had any services rendered plus we have the credit card he purchased the gift card with. He was told that there was nothing they could do. I’m upset because they didn’t even attempt to find a resolution, were completely insensitive to the fact that we just handed over $200 for nothing, and on top of that rude.
