Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI was really rooting for this place. I got the facial, mani, and pedi treatment. After the facial, most of the mask that the woman put on was still hanging off of my face, it’s crusted on and all of my attempts to get her to take it completely off of me were ignored. Completely a mess and also cemented into my hair. The mask was also applied to my eyelashes, and I can barely see because of that. Another thing worth mentioning is that all she did was basically slap my face, and put on a face mask. That is not a facial. I asked multiple times what was being put on my face, but never received an answer. As for mani&pedi, it does not look like the tools are sterilised properly. I watched my nail tech use a tool on me, quickly dip both sides in a cup of water, and then use on another customer. My mani was rushed, done in 6 minutes and I was not offered the chance to sit down and dry them although all of the dryers were available for use. My manicure was messed up before I even left the store.
