Yes, the reviews are accurate in describing the customer service and Sharon. She is quite stuck up, and is very judgmental. She was so annoyed and offended that I didn’t react with such enthusiasm after I got my first eyebrow tattoo. But can you blame me when this was my first time and no one explained to me that they would look black and thick right after (and at least a week after)? I was a little shocked and worried, but I said I just need to get used to them. But even though I told her I loved them one healed, she tagged me as her “difficult and particular” client and made me feel that way. Even still, I continued to go to her for my touch up, which she charged now double. You would think that she would try to accommodate her clients just a little for those who come far to see her, but it’s all about her convenience.

Sharon is talented, but very mean. I know other artists who are equally talented but are professional and yes, kind. When I got my eyebrows done w Sharon, she was very controlling and didn’t let me decide what shape makes me feel comfortable. At last, she told me to go home if I don’t like the eyebrows she drew for me. I don’t remember the last Time someone made me feel so small. So, after she was done, I vowed never to come back. Two and a half years later my eyebrows faded, but the memories of how she treated me is still here. I’ve never met another human who thinks she owns the world bc of something so insignificant such as eyebrows.

Very painful experience, as I have never gotten a tattoo in my life. I asked about numbing cream and Sharon said she put some on my brows. I read the process prior to showing up, and that was definitely not numbing cream, just plain rubbing alcohol that she smeared on my brows. I paid $390 and couldn’t get proper numbing cream. Aside from the painful experience (getting a brow tattoo without numbing cream), I toughed it out. Sharon said the pigment wouldn’t pick up enough color because of my large pores. During this process, her phone rang a few times. She made her assistant pick up the phone and when her assistant mentioned who was calling, Sharon would roll her eyes and say she did not want to talk to that annoying customer. This happened several times where she would express that she was irritated with clients that asked too many questions or had any concerns. She refused to talk to them and made her assistant deal with her needy clients. It’s so unprofessional to see and it’s so sad. What if that was me calling if I had a question or concern I needed addressed? I was surprised she would behave this way in front of her clients. Anyhow, when we were finished with the brows, she said she didn’t have any weekend appointments for a touch up. The touch up was necessary and I did not know I couldn’t get a weekend appointment. Since there were no other options, I had to take the weekday appointment. Very upsetting because she didn’t tell me weekend appointments were for new customers only. I call back a month later to see if I could move my appointment since I got a new job and couldn’t take a weekday off. She gave me so much attitude saying that I would have to wait 8 months for a weekday appointment and by that time it would cost me double the price for a touch up. I said, “excuse me?” How are you going to charge me double and penalize me for not being able to give me an appointment until 8 months later?? I said this was unacceptable and she had the nerve to tell me she has a baby that is her priority and only works 3 days a week and doesn’t have time to squeeze me in. I told her something needed to be done to fix this situation and she would not work with me. I will not support this snooty stuck up fob with the worst attitude. I get the nail shop vietnamese girl attitude, I can handle that. But Sharon is 10 times worse than that and I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional she is. Do yourself a favor and go to a different place to get your brows done. Not worth the trouble. You will be disappointed with the bad customer service and will be an annoying pest to her if you ask any questions, as MOST people do when they get a PERMANENT brow tattoo they have on their face. DO NOT come here! My brows faded and barely picked up any of the ink, so I pretty much wasted almost $400 when it is so light and can barely see it. Worst experience ever, BEWARE!

Don’t believe everything you see on Instagram is all I have to say. I regret coming here. For anyone considering spending hundreds of dollars on a semi permanent tattoo procedure on your face here, please read the one star reviews. You will notice a disturbing, and consistent pattern. If you don’t like their work, they will absolutely argue with you and belittle you and blame it on you. Read the owner replies to other one star posts on here. That should tell you everything you need to know about how this business treats their customers.

Horrible customer service! not professional! does not know how to handle questions without attacking you! snobbish! rude! completely oblivious to clients concerns! She purposely works on one brow more than the other just so you’ll have to come back and pay again for the touch up!! SHADY!! I would never refer anyone to Sharon and have them endure the same painful experience I have.
