Spa Botanica was my first spa experience. It was so much fun. I had my face dermaplaned, a 60 minute message, and a gel pedicure. I really enjoyed it all except the manicure. The girl who did mine did a wonderful job, but it’s just gel polish? For the price we payed I expected waaaay more… All in all, we had a great time and I’ll definitely be back!

Worst massage I’ve ever had… I had a gift card and it took over six months to get booked at this spa. No one ever answers the phone and they are pretty rude at the front desk. Massage felt like petting… I asked if I had been booked for deep tissue, front desk girl told me it was up to my masseuse. I asked my masseuse and she told me it needed to be set up through the front desk. I asked for more pressure and she couldn’t do it and just didn’t. Baffled at the prices and how old the facility is. This is not a luxurious spa… it’s old and outdated and bathrooms smelled like body odor…This was a horrible, pricey experience that I wish I didn’t do… anywhere but this place folks. Save your money.

Big fan of this spa. Having moved all over the country, everything spa-like was compared to Spa Botanica in Rogers – and none every matched the experience. Front desk staff exceptional, never upselling, easy to find a favorite massage therapist and the tranquil fountain room immediately eases all stress and tension. This last time I finally leaned all the way in and signed up for a spa membership. I can’t recommend this spa enough.

A mediocre non-experience. I called about a month ahead of time to schedule two facials for my mother and I. The person on the phone had to suggest a slightly different time so that there would be two people able to accommodate both of us. When we arrived for our appointment, we were told that there was only one facial scheduled and that only one employee even did facials. No one seemed especially concerned that I had booked two appointments, but only had one.

Have not been able to get an appointment the past two years for an annual girls spa weekend. When we did get appointments they were spaced out so far in the day none of us wanted the appointments, especially after the price increase in the services. Used to be a great place to go for a getaway.

I will schedule a massage every time I visit. I had no idea what the Spa or their services were like, was going in blind. They met and exceeded all expectations.
