So I’m really hesitant to post this review because I don’t want them to booked up to a point where I won’t be able to schedule an appointment, but my friends and I had an amazing time. We usually go to another upscale Hotel Spa but they were full. So glad they were. If you’re looking for a spa that can accommodate a group, we all loved it. The therapists were reallllyyyyy good! I had a massage with Jennifer and it was the best massage I ever had. All staff was very professional and friendly. Will definitely go back.

Disappointed. I went for an 80 minute massage and a 25 minute body glow scrub. While professional, I didn’t receive the warmest greeting from the lady at the front desk at arrival. After my services, I was coming out of changing room(s) and could overhear the front desk woman and other employees congregating by front desk questioning where I was and hear them say, “she’s coming now”. I had only taken maybe 10 minutes to change and go to the bathroom! Why the hurry – I mean this is to be relaxed, right? Now the massage/scrub. After dressing and laying on the table, I put my head down on circular headrest. OH MY GOODNESS – it STUNK! I had read in a previous review that their robes reeked. Old oils, sweat – IDK. I have to agree – they didn’t have a soft feel or clean smell to them. Thank goodness, I tried a little of the Rose essential oil on my hands that they had displayed in the resting room. I was able to rub a little of it on the sheet that was used to cover the rounded cushion. While it helped – it sure didn’t get rid of it. It smelled of old sweat/body oils- not essential oils. I debated with myself over and over whether to say anything. I chose not to in fear of offending the masseuse and get a bad massage/scrub experience as a result. J had great hands but feel that I didn’t get the massage techniques used in a swedish massage with medium pressure at all. While I enjoyed the soft long strokes, kneading, squeezing or rolling were virtually non-existent. There was nothing done up or around the neck/head. Instead, it was covered with material of some sort. In the past, I’ve had where a little bit of the face and scalp was included – not this visit. The scrub. I needed this so badly – especially on the back/shoulder blades, back of upper arms/shoulders and front/side/back of upper thighs. She got the back, but the upper back was somewhat neglected as well as areas noted above. She focused HEAVILY on forearms, lower legs and hands?! Areas that I easily have/can scrub myself or is done through a pedicure. For the last few years taking care of family and/or their passing – I needed a day like this. I looked forward to it. I can’t say whether I would go back or not.

My wife and I did the 80 minute Couples Deep Tissue massage and it was phenomenal. Mackenzie and Shanik were great, I actually couldn’t stay awake it so relaxing. Any spots where I had tension or knots my wife and I both thought they worked them out without just grinding their knuckles into our backs. I would definitely recommend the experience. I’ve had massages and at many places and this was by far the best!

Great atmosphere, very clean and relaxing. The massage and facial were amazing. The delux manicure and 50 min pedicure were not worth the money though. Nail salons do a much better job with the nails and exfoliating. I will definitely return for massage services.

The wife and I went in for our anniversary. The ladies that did our massages were excellent! The atmosphere was relaxing also! The young lady at the receptionist desk even went out of here way to HAND make a small goodie bag for us!! We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town! Thank you ladies!!
