We had the best day!! This is my second time coming to spa bliss. The first time had a fabulous facial. Today, me and my two friend came for multiple services. We were greeted immediately when we came in, the spa is clean and calming and so refreshing to our busy busy city life!! We moved to the relaxing area with a glass of champagne, and off we went for our spa day. It was professional, amazing, and relaxing. Give them a try! They are amazing! I’ll be back soon!! From the moment I walked in the door I knew I had found the perfect spa for me. I felt welcomed immediately, the lights were soft and the décor was stylishly comfortable. I scheduled a 90 minute Swedish massage, but after talking with the staff about what I was looking for they suggested something else. Erica, the masseuse, checked in with me at every groan and adjusted her pressure or methods as she needed to so that I actually dozed off at one point. I walked out feeling heard, cared about and happily relaxed. My back hasn’t felt this good in over a week!

I was able to get in the next day after sesrching. It was our last day in Savannah. I was pleasantly greeted and taken care of. My massage therapist, Kelsey, tailored the experience to what I needed and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!

I was a frequent customer at Spa Bliss Savannah. I’ve booked multiples services and purchased products and gift cards. Aisha is a great masseuse, however, Roselyn, the owner has no customer loyalty. She canceled my appointment 5 minutes after the time with no notice. I accept the charge, however, I am highly disappointed that she made no effort to communicate with me to follow up or respond to my email before cancelling my service. I won’t be returning to Spa Bliss Savannah for this reason.

This is not a review to bash this business, this is a review to bring- up the lack of customer loyalty and communication at this business. I was a reoccurring client here for six consecutive months and the waxing services are great! I appreciate the use of this business wanting to use a baby powder not from the J&J brand. Not using J&J is a big deal to me and drew me into this business’s waxing service. I had Aisha Parler for all my waxes at my time at Spa Bliss and she is wonderful and amazing at her job.
