my wife and I were referred there from The Perry Lane Motel. The massage itself was good but energy from my masseuse was off. While I listened my wife’s masseuse ask her questions about pressure and what she needed, I got none of that treatment. I do not recommend this place at all I bought my wife a gift certificate to see Latoya and when she called to make the appointment Latoya no longer works there. They refuse to refund gift certificates in special situations as such. And as my wife estates in the previous review canceling or rescheduling due to emergency matters they will charge your account if you don’t cancel in 24 hours prior regardless if it is an emergency or not. The lack of costumer service and lack of simple common curtesy to costumers who are willing to give them business is completely unacceptable. In my opinion they are money hungry and we were told that the cancelation charges do not even go to the person who the service was scheduled on. It goes to the owners pocket. As far as I’m concerned these people are thieves.

If I could give this place less stars I would. They take advantage of people by throwing policy around to take my money even if you call in advance to cancel an appointment due to an emergency matter they will take your money regardless if you don’t get a service from them. They hardly ever pick up the phone and clearly they don’t check their voicemail or call people back! I received a gift certificate from my kids and after all that happened I don’t want to get a massage there at all and they refuse to refund the money they took out of my account for not being able to make it to the appointment I did call to cancel and they refuse to give me my money back for the gift certificate! Talk about robbing people. Becareful before purchasing gift certificates or canceling appointments regardless if you have an emergency on the day of your appointment! READ POLICIES or else they will steal from you!
