I have had multiple services here at Spa Bellezza. I have seen the design of this business change so much, I feel like I am a part of its history. I’ve had my nails done multiple times by different technicians and messages. The best service by far would have to be reflexology from the owner. That gravity chair was such a bonus, I wanted to go to sleep. All staff is extremely nice, educated and professional. The owner really cares for her customers and she is very reliable with calling me back when I leave a voicemail. I saw that someone mentioned they got a text with multiple people in it? I don’t know what that crazy lady was talking about but I haven’t received anything like that considering I am one the first and original customers of this establishment. Businesses should learn a thing or two about costumer service from here. Nothing but positive experiences every time I have an appointment. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Went here ONE TIME, over FIVE years ago. Today one of the staff members decided to pull personal health information from 19 profiles and send us a GROUP TEXT, despite the fact that I never agreed to marketing communications, with an advertisement. To clients who had visited, confidentially, SEVERAL YEARS ago. Now mine and everyone else’s phone numbers are visible to other clients — if the other numbers were even clients at all! They could be random people from off the street!! — and I DEFINITELY won’t be recommending them to ANY more of my clients who ask me for local massage establishments. How could I possibly get undressed and reveal my body to a massage therapist who fails to understand or care about my privacy?
