I went to Belle La Vie on the 29th of July it was a gift for my birthday and anniversary from my husband, it was wonderful from the moment I stepped in I was treated to a great experience I had a wax and a swedish massage, I want to thank Victoria for the wax she was wonderful, and patty for the swedish massage she was great, if you want a unforgettable experience go to the Belle La Vie you will not be disappointed, thanks you guys for a great birthday and anniversary start off

This is the right place to go if you are a racist! They do not welcome people of color! I live in Atlanta, Ga, so I called to purchase a gift card over the phone for my niece. The young lady charged my card and said she would email me a receipt. I waited about 30mins, no receipt. I called back and was told to hold after I explained again, that I wanted my receipt. I held for 10mins and hung up. I waited another 20mins or so to see if the receipt would come, but still no receipt. I made a final call to request my money back and the young lady referred me to her manager. The manager came to the phone and asked for my card information to give me a refund, no questions asked, no apologies given!! She was more than happy to give me a refund!! It was like pulling teeth to get a receipt but very easy to get a refund.

I took my niece here for her first spa day. We had massages and facials. I checked us in and we were told to wait in the “quiet room.” We were never offered robes or shown where the lockers were. The quiet room was very bright and doubles as a waiting room. The massage was okay. No essential oils diffused, the massage oil/lotion was cold. The facial was a little better. I would say if you’re interested in specific services, this place will probably do, but if you’re looking for a quality full spa experience, this definitely isn’t it. It was not a welcoming or luxurious experience.

Firstly, the building is very nice; it’s beautiful inside and out. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The robes were the softest robes I have ever worn! Very comfortable! They had an excellent area to change, shower, and many amenities. The massage therapist was very nice. And my daughters enjoyed their first massage.

Walking in the place is beautiful, the staff was friendly but nothing extra. The lady who did my service was nice and made conversation easy. I wasn’t cleaned before or after the service, everything was done hastily without precision. I left with remnants of the service I had all over. It was a very mediocre service. Probably won’t be going back.

Critical: CommunicationSo I had a facial done by Morgan and the facial itself was great. The only complaint I have is that I paid for an hour facial. I arrived early in case I needed to fill out paperwork. My appointment time was 10:00 AM. I sat in their waiting area for 30 minutes before she called me back. At this point is was after 10:10, she took me to my room then left while I got undressed. I laid there for what felt like forever before she came back in. So she didn’t begin my facial till at least 10:20. When she was done I was getting dressed and looked at my phone for the time and realized it was only 10:48…… I won’t be going back. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been going to Morgan for a few years now and started with the basics and products and gradually started getting more aggressive procedures done. She is the best and I’ve been many places. She is educated and truly concerned about the health of your skin and making you feel and look beautiful! Everything she has suggested has been amazing and worth every penny. I will never take my skin anywhere else and I look forward to just looking younger with each procedure! You will not be sorry trying her services BUT be prepared you will be addicted after the first appointment! I have been going to Morgan for a few years now and started with the basics and products and gradually started getting more aggressive procedures done. She is the best and I’ve been many places. She is educated and truly concerned about the health of your skin and making you feel and look beautiful! Everything she has suggested has been amazing and worth every penny. I didn’t go anywhere without full coverage liquid foundation with full coverage powder foundation on top. After a year and a half working with Petra, I now have “good skin”. I only wear foundation if I want to!

I went here to get a chemical peel done and of course you fill out paperwork that says something could go wrong blah blah blah. However, after I had 1 chemical peel done, the results look amazing after 1 week. Week 2 came and I noticed a chemical peel burn right under my left eye. It will NOT go away. It’s probably permanent therefore it looks like I have a black eye or bruised like a boyfriend abused me or something. The CP procedure itself was painful like fire burning on my face. I should have known then but I would NOT recommend this place for any CHEMICAL PEELS EVER!! I tell everyone about my experience and they agree with me smh

Was so excited that they use CND shellac, only to find that they only have a few colors. When I picked my color, I also picked a matching for my toes. Pedicure was fine, but once the shellac went on for the manicure, it was obvious it was old, picked another color that was close, also old. So two hours later, I left with only a pedicure. The nail tech was apologetic, but didn’t offer anything to make it better. When I was checking out, I wasn’t asked how everything was or anything. I’m only posting so that they can fix the expired nail product issue. Very disappointed, as I expect more from such a nice spa/salon.
