I had a facial. It was nothing super special but it was okay.The staff was friendly and facility clean and relaxing ambiance. Reasonable pricing and I did buy some products afterwards. I am trying their Eminence line and I would definitely recommend. It has only been a few days but the moisturizer and eye cream are great!

I’m rating 5 stars because today was my first time ever getting an ACTUAL massage and also going to Spa Bella. Callie did my Swedish massage and I am NOT disappointed!! I will indeed be going back! Perfect for an off day, i got to relax while getting my body fully massaged.. ❤️ Love the environment and the few ladies i spoke to were wonderful! Now i feel amazing and can comfortably relax! Thank you SPA BELLA!!

If you’re going for a massage I do not recommend the 60min but rather the 90min because an hour is a lot quicker than you think here. I didn’t feel any different until I got off the table and suddenly felt like my body was a big marshmallow. It made me realize how tense I am and where I need to take care of myself better. The customer service is exceptional and I can’t wait to come back to try other services.

Took my 2 girls there, they are aged 8 and 9. They got pampered with the princess package and I got express mani pedi with paraffin wax. We were all treated like princesses! It was a great experience. The place is very relaxing and clean and they have a little boutique in the wait area. My girls requested doing birthday parties there and we were told they have done parties and can certainly accommodate! We left beautifully pampered princesses.

Critical: Communication, QualityHorrible Shellac manicure!I got Shellac manicure done and I have to say I was disappointed right on spot when I realized they are only using CND Shellac as the color, but base coat and top coat are not by CND but some other company/brand. But I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was shocked as to what my nails looked like after only 5 days.I’ve been doing Shellac manicures for 3 years and have never experienced this bad of a quality. I’m also providing pictures of my nails on the 1st day right after I had them done and on the 5th and 7th day. You can see that the color has completely faded away and it looks really ugly. On the 7th day they have faded even more, so much that you can see my nail through the color, and they have also chipped (which would happen to me maybe after like 3 weeks, if even). This fading of the color has never happened to me before and again, I’ve been doing Shellac manicures for 3 years. I’m convinced it was either not real CND Shellac, or the base and top coat that were by some other brand (Vivan) completely ruined the Shellac color and made it fade away. The massages I have gotten here weren’t horrible. I like deep tissue, and I don’t seem to get enough pressure. I understand some people say give me a lot more pressure and can’t handle it; however, when I repeat myself and there still isn’t more pressure, I tend to get a little sad. They try their best, I have a lot of knots, and my goal is to get those worked out. I don’t go for relaxation; I go to feel better. Again, they aren’t horrible. I would recommend them; I wouldn’t if you are expecting a deeper tissue massage.
