I have a terrible knot in my shoulder. I knew I had a remaining amount on a gift certificate I had used last year. I first tried calling to see if they had any availability for a massage this afternoon. No answer and generic voicemail message, therefore unable to verify I called the correct number. I decided to walk in to see if I could get an appointment – they had availability at 3 pm. I pulled my gift certificate out, and it had expired in October 2021. I asked if it was still possible to use it. She pulls out a pitiful looking stack of papers, goes to my gift certificate number, and it has a single line drawn through it. She says “I’m sorry but we are unable to use it because it is marked out.” I am an accountant and understand writing expiration dates on gift certificates to 1) encourage quicker use of the outstanding liability and 2) write off any unused liability because most people will not attempt to use a gift card after its expiration. HOWEVER, I was walking in for a $65 service with a $30 gift certificate. They could have made $35+ from me today but instead are losing a customer, who will inform anyone who will listen of the poor service I received.

I booked a 60 minute facial. I Arrived on time. Was brought to the back waiting room for about 15 minutes. During the facial process the woman left the room twice totaling about 10 minutes. I had no massage as stated in the description and I was sent out at the one hour mark. In total I had about 20 to 25 minutes of actual hands on time and no massage. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t go back.

I reviewed the website and the services offered. I called and spoke with the young lady and got my appointment scheduled. I scheduled the medical massage with Dawn and it was amazing. I will definitely be back soon. I also scheduled a session in the infrared sauna. Definitely worth it. I decided that I was long overdue for a massage and looked up a few places near me. I landed on Spa Bella. I reviewed the website and the services offered. I called and spoke with the young lady and got my appointment scheduled. I scheduled the medical massage with Dawn and it was amazing. I will definitely be back soon. As a Healthcare worker I was super excited to finally do something for myself. I requested the “sea of life” facial with dermaplaning. Its suppose to come with a neck, shoulder, and hand massage per their website and the front desk lady. I did not receive any kind of massage and was left in the room by myself for 10 minutes during my appointment. While trying to relax by myself all I could here was several people talking and laughing. When I asked about the massage I was just told sorry and was still charged full price. I left feeling defeated and scammed. Probably won’t be back.

I have fallen in love with Spa Bella so quickly! So far I have had a Swedish Massage with Mrs. Dawn and a lash lift with tint from Mrs. Kallie. Both were so relaxing and I left more than happy each time. I will definitely be back soon for a facial or dermaplaning! Each visit feels like a spa visit of some sort ❤️

This is the best, no, it’s beyond a mere “best”, massage ever. Liz is gifted in her ability to deal with chronic pain. She is intuitive and has a vast knowledge of techniques to deal with severe issues arising from muscle, bone and nerve issues. I’ve had massages from “the best” all over the nation and Liz is by far the best I’ve ever encountered.

I scheduled an appointment for a facial a week in advance and told the receptionist I had been experiencing dry skin from Retin-A. The esthetician waited until I arrived on the day of the appointment to tell me I could not have a facial because of the Retin-A and said the staff “doesn’t know what to ask.” She offered no alternative and exhibited an unprofessional attitude with a deer in the headlights look when I asked why they waited until I arrived to refuse services.
