A much needed spa day? Try the spa at wind creek casino and entertainment complex located off hiway 31 near 65 in Atmore Alabama. A full service spa with an assortment of massages, facials, manicures,etc. we had the 80 minute deep tissue for couples and it was wonderful. The environment is relaxing and clean with mens and Womens separate areas and a communal area. Steam rooms(womens wasn’t working that’s why they get a four star)) sauna, hot and cold whirlpool with waterfalls, free lockers, fully stocked showers and private changing rooms.Very accommodating and friendly staff. Fruit water and snacks available. Gift shop with mens and Womens products including swim wear in case you forgot yours. An hour prior and after your treatment you can enjoy the facility at no extra charge. There are cooking classes available and the casino has several dining options however, no liquor on Sunday. So if you’re looking to get away and relax for a few hours or have an event like a wedding, birthday, or anniversary, try the wind creek spa….and say ahhhhhh!

My kids got me a spa package for Christmas and I was really excited to spend the day relaxing. After changing and making my way to the seating area all I could hear was laughing and hollering from the sauna hot tub area. So much for relaxing there. First was my massage, technican came and got me by my watch at 2:05, chose my smell of lotion and all i got was lotion rubbed on me and was back in the waiting area at 2:47. So much for a 50min massage. on to my 2nd a facial. Hands down my tech was AMAZING. TECH was pleasant, friendly and professional. While one of my creams was resting on my face tech used a lotion on my arms witch was also amazing wish my massage would of been with this tech. On to the pedicure.all I can say is she was friendly. Definitely not very experienced. My 9year old granddaughter gives much better ones. The chair was very uncomfortable and was not adjustable. All together paid over $275.00 Not the experience or relaxation I needed or hoped for.

There is a reason why this spa is voted best of the bay. I make a spare appointment everytime we go to Windcreek. They have it all.. best part is, check-in and you can use the facilities all day.. from the sauna to the lounge to the showers or the jacuzzi. I love this Day Spa

Would not recommend, especially if you’re not using any casino points. Overall experience was absolutely grueling.. This is my second time experiencing this level of service at this facility (thought I’d give it a second try to see if the first time was a formality).. bet I won’t try it a third time!! For starters, there was two receptionist at the front (one was helping a couple who was complaining about the price of their service).. the other one just at there pretending to calculate something on a calculator not even acknowledging us ( me and my husband)… you’re limited to two half cups of wine ( when one bottle only cost $15).. and the men and women cannot coexist or enjoy time together other than in the coed area which sucks if your doing a couples retreat and should be disclosed prior to booking.. oh and don’t get me started on the masseuse who told me her whole life story versus allowing me to relax and enjoy the subpar massage I received.. this is the second time I’ve decided to come here and the masseuse talked the WHOLE time as if you want to be their therapist while trying to decompress! It’s so not worth it if you’re paying out of pocket!!!! And might I add, they rush you to leave also ( two hour window max) maybe it’s just for the minorities but it’s clear they’re policies aren’t very inclusive for ALL!! Facility is nice only because it’s new.. sauna wasn’t on and the hot tube jets are self controlled!!

Terrible experience. I had bought a couples massage a month in advance for a birthday gift. The day before the massage, I get a call that the Mens spa is unavailable due to a concert. Didn’t offer any money back or any discounts for the inconvenience. We had both taken off work to be able to enjoy the massage & spa that day. It’s unfortunate when you spend over $200 to enjoy a spa day and can’t even use the spa on a day you had taken off of work..
