The deep massage was not deep pressure. When asked what needed work, I replied my neck. My neck was given approximately 10 minutes of 60. This was not a deep message! The manager walked in with another man on my husband she is female, while he was changing as well

Staff was not attentive. The amenities are lacking. Also the facilities are pretty dirty. Glasses in the relaxation room for drinks had gunk on them. Sheets had marks on them. And when I laid on the table face down I could just see dirt on the floor. Massage therapist did a great job. She made it worth it.

Maddie at the front desk is calm & polite. I got Andre as my masseuse. He was attentive & professional. He asked all the right questions & constantly made sure I was in A state of comfort & zen.

While i can’t say there was anything wrong with the actual massage the experience was ruined by the constant trying to upsell you on things that should be free.
