I love this spa! They use Eminence products which include all natural and organic ingredients. The staffs are very nice and professional. Lauren is the best esthetician! She gave me all types of advice and tips to deal with my hormonal acne. I’m so glad I met her! Highly recommended this place!

Massage was good. Facial lady literally left me for 15 min while my mask was on….never experienced that anywhere it’s like she didn’t want to be there. She also was coughing alot and had to step out for that. Hard enough to get in since they don’t work weekends and daily closes early. Do not recommend

The people are very friendly and the environment is cute and clean. I bought a deal package for “Return the Glow Head to Toe” which included a body wrap, facial, body scrub, deep conditioning treatment for hair, some other scrub for the face and an oxygenation treatment. All for $159. I was impressed that they would do all of this for $159. When I got there they said the services would only take one hour, which shocked me. I quickly understood why.. the whole thing felt like a rush job. The girl didn’t even know all the items in the package and didn’t even do the body scrub though I showed her my confirmation email that listed the services several times. The body wrap was just them spreading some cactus oil on you and loosely wrapping your arms, legs and torso. It was a very sloppy wrap.. didn’t at all give the toning/ detoxing effect it is supposed to. Overall it was an okay experience, but I would not have paid $159 for one hour of half-effort services. My general impression is the place is new and has staff that are just beginning in their career.

I bought a spa package on Groupon for a massage, facial, and lip rejuvenation, and I was very happy with the Spa At the Village. My services were top notch, and the staff was very inviting and professional. The place had trendy decor, but was still comfortable. This spa also has the most comfortable, fluffy, soft, best bathrobes ever made. I wanted to steal one, but I’m pretty sure that they would have noticed if I wore it out.

They’re amazing! I found the sauna before a hot stone massage is a super relaxing combo. Plus, they gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. They are expensive, but you get more for your money. Plus, they often have Groupons and in-house special offers.

Got a facial, wrap and hot stone massage. Enjoyed all of them used a Groupon and wasn’t treated any differently. The staff were all personable. I have had 8 back surgeries and it’s hard to find someone skilled enough to handle my situation. Aaron did a fantastic job. Kimberly did my facial and wrap.

Horrible experience. My appointment was for a massage at 3:30 pm. Massage finally started at 3:55 and ended before the 50 minute massage I paid for. The masseuse was very inexperienced. On a scale from 1-5, maybe a 1. All receptionists were on the phone when I left. One looked up and said “I’ll be right with you” and I said “No, just have a manager call me tomorrow please.” I was too mad to even talk. Surprise – no one ever called. They just don’t care. I have been a customer for years and will finish services I have pre-paid, but then will never go back.

It’s completely impossible to schedule an appointment, you always get voicemail. I’ve been trying to reschedule for weeks now and no one has called back. I’d honestly rather get my money back since the massages were initially bought in Frisco but they refused to. Had no idea Glambo Lily was even moving to Spa at the Village because no attempt to contact was made.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought two Groupons and set up an appointment for my partner and I to get a couples massage in December. I was informed during that phone call that our previous massage therapist no longer worked there (which was a bummer but I understood) and they also said the soonest they could book us was today, February 6th.
