Will never go back; booked online to have a female provider, received a text confirming the female, arrived and had a dude appear as the “provider”. Spoke with Spa Director, she spoke to me like I was a child and said I was the one that made the error when booking. We have spent a lot of money numerous times in this place and will take our business to the Spa in Canandaigua at the Lake House which has a much cleaner facility and a beautiful sanctuary where you wait for your massage. I also highly recommend Mirbeau in Skaneateles.

This was delightful. Had a couple signature pedicure and we were treated so well. From the moment we walked in it was very calming and relaxing from the cold and dark weather NY brings this time of year. Pedicure was the best we’ve ever experienced. Offer of drinks and other services as well, our feet are still feeling smooth and fresh after a few days! 5/5 totally worth the money!
