I received the deep tissue massage with an add on cbd scalp massage. Be warned that the add on DOES NOT add time in to your massage. This is not explained well when booking your appointment!! Disappointed! And when we were checking out the front desk lady was rude and extremely unhelpful trying to figure out our gift card. We go a couple of times a year but this will be our last visit!!

I would go elsewhere. For charging the highest rates in town (which they do), you would expect a first class experience. The whole place just seemed kind of dingy and outdated. Everything looked run down, the drinks were served in plastic cups, the neon-light colored jacuzzi (circa 1993) had chunks of lint/dust floating in it, etc. It was okay, service-wise, but there are just much newer and nicer places.

My facial was amazing but the 3 stars due to the fact that It was entirely to loud in the quiet room, I guess people don’t notice it or don’t care but I wish the staff would not be afraid to tell people to quiet down. If they want to talk to go to the lounge.

Tiamber gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. She was amazing. She communicated well what products she used and why. She was very professional and the whole experience was wonderful. I do wish the “quiet room” was bigger. There’s only a total of 9 seats so if you come with a large party it’s small. I’ve been to spas with much bigger rooms. Because it’s so small it isn’t very quiet either. That’s purely because of the size though not the clientele. Tiamber was really the best part of the day.
