This place is the best! I’ve been going consistently for about a once a month for a year and always feel rejuvenated and renewed. The staff is always super helpful and friendly, everything is always super clean, and the atmosphere never disappoints. I enjoy the deep tissue or hot stone massage or the facial. Definitely ask about staying before or after for the use of the pools and be sure to grab a glass by the pool!

My mom and I recently came to Riverview spa for the first time and unfortunately our experience was really not what we were expecting. First, I don’t feel that a spa should offer gift certificates for specific services and then not honor the price the service was purchased for. If a gift certificate for a service is only worth the value it was purchased for then specific service gift certificates should not be offered. Purchasing a gift for someone and then them showing up for a service that is now $50.00 more than when the specific service was originally purchased is not a great business practice. Second, for the price of the massage I was expecting to leave feeling refreshed and having all of my concerns addressed. Unfortunately the masseuses did not ask any questions regarding health concerns or specific areas to target. It was basically 80 minutes of having lotion rubbed in which is really disappointing since I was looking forward to having the immense knots worked out of my back. Lastly, I understand masks are optional at this point however both masseuses had coughs, and while they insured us they “weren’t sick” it would have been far more professional for them to each wear a mask while giving the massage. I work in healthcare and when I come to the spa to unwind I don’t want to be worrying about getting sick from a coughing masseuse or being coughed on while on the table. We came expecting a luxury experience especially for what this spa charges and ultimately it left a lot to be desired. We will not be recommending this spa to others or returning for future services.

Beautiful space, facility, and a must stop for a facial, messages, and relaxing I waterfall hotsprings. Robes, slippers, towels, champagne, snacks, spa water, and amenities were provided. ask for the warm neck towel after your massage. Secure lockers provided and a must stop is the gift shop.

Went for a pedicure, looks horrible! She didn’t listen when I said i wanted my toe nails rounded not square, missed a portion of 1 toe with the polish, and my cuticles were not even cut in places! I went back around 5 pm to have it fixed–NO ONE WAS THERE!!! EVEN THOUGH THEIR SIGN SAYS THEIR HOURS ARE TO 6:30 pm.

I’ve been coming to this spa for years. Normally I leave happy and relaxed. Not today. My hot stone massage was what I would call lackluster at best. It was more of a “rub”. I honestly couldn’t wait for it to be over. When I was asked how my massage was, I responded “ok”. The young girl at the counter responded “great”. Lol.

It was my first massage at the riverview spa and I highly enjoyed it. I had the 50minute massage with the hot stones. Very enjoyable. I liked the pool spa afterwards also and the glass of wine was nice too! It was a fun girls morning with my two friends from out of town!

We just got back from having a couples massage and it was one of the best massages we have ever had and we get massages all the time. The whole experience was so wonderful. I recommend getting there before your treatment so you can relax and enjoy their mineral pool. We will be back soon!
