Every aspect of this place is a delight. The staff is kind and personable, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Even the receptionists are happy to see you.

Everyone was very delightful and friendly. I went in for a facial, she asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed, I said sure. She then spent over half of my facial time “waxing” my eyebrows (ended up tweezing for most of it). At the end they were a completely different shape, uneven, and way more work than I can manage going forward. It would have been nice to have been asked what shape I wanted or how much I wanted taken out. Then she rushed through my facial because we didn’t have much time left.

Absolutely beautiful spa off the beaten path. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. My technician was rough (made me bleed), but my nails look great! The other tech (Sheilah) was awesome! Would definitely come back next time we are in town. They also offer massages, facials, a sauna and relaxation room.

Awesome staff, great location and wonderful massages. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere while you wait for your treatment. I love the products they sell and I finally bought one of their spa robes – so comfy! Wish I could go there weekly!

One of the best spa days i have ever had! Everyone here makes you feel at home and comfortable, I received a facial, full body massage and mani/pedi and I am feeling so relaxed and soft. Honestly thinking about making this a tradition every year I come to Tennessee for a visit. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and services!!!
