We took my Sister here for her pre-wedding beauty day. We started with the 50 minute massages and all agree it was one of the best we ever had. We also booked the mani/pedi. I regularly get these at a spa by my house, this was the worst I ever had! The nail tech told us to use a polish she claimed was as good as no chip. My polish had chipped off by the rehearsal dinner. My feet were scrubbed with a nail buffer, and the polish was barely in the lines. When it came time to pay, the gratuity was already added on at 20%. I would of preferred to give all the tip to our massage therapist as the nail tech would have received much less. Putting the gratuity on automatically at a salon puts people in a very uncomfortable position and should not be assumed. I would go back only for a massage, my fingers and toes will go elsewhere. My sister had to paint her own nails that night before her wedding because all hers was chipped off too. Terrible nails!

My sister and best friend purchased the 50 minute massages as well as mani pedis for our girls weekend right before my wedding. The massage was absolutely amazing and all 3 of us came out raving about it! The mani pedis were the worst the three of us had ever gotten!!! The woman doing them had no personality and didn’t know what she was doing all of our nails looked terrible! The worst thing I’ve ever seen! My friends nails were not even painted all the way. Sadly I took a shower on the night of my rehearsal dinner and my nail polish chipped off when I was washing my hair. Needless to say, I was up until 2am the night before my wedding waiting for my nails to dry because I had to remove the “no chip” she put on and repaint them! I was so disappointed in this experience and would not recommend the mani pedi at this spa to anyone, especially if you are planning on having something done for your wedding that is going to stay. She claimed that the polish she was using was no chip. My “no chip” lasted 1 day and the manicure I gave myself with regular nail polish the night before my wedding is still on completely. I can’t even express how terrible this experience was!

Message was amazing, nails was the worst experience of my life. 5 hours for 3 mani/pedi and a very poor job with half my nail not even painted. On top of that automatic gratuity added for a service that was not deserving.

My best friend and I went here for a couple’s massage for our girl’s weekend. It was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The best massage I have ever had and the shower afterwards was the perfect ending! You should visit, you will not be disappointed!

I came early and was automatically greeted and welcomed by Laurie whom was bubbly and excited. I also received smiles and welcoming looks from the other team members. The amenities are beautiful and relaxing- I never felt rushed or moved along. I had the soul to soul treatment by Kelly, who was absolutely amazing!!!! She let me set the mood for whatever I needed – which unexpected to me- I talked her head off and laughed! I left the spa glowing! After, I had lunch and drink downstairs. Great food/drink recommendations by Lovey. Thank you all- especially Kelly, for the uplifting! What a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Hard to find once inside and new to the the venue. The Spa is located upstairs. It is not my preferred place for a massage. The Spa staff were inviting and chatty when necessary and or warranted.
