Got a spa package – Mani, Pedi, and massage. The massage was good – would have been so much better but the masseuse talked the whole time. Will never go back for a manicure and pedicure. Got gel and two days later two of my finger nails chipped/ same with toes. The lady took forever to do them for just a polish nothing fancy. Would not recommend.

$50 for filing my nails and putting gel polish on, they didn’t even do my cuticles, is ridiculous. They don’t use drummels so I was there for three hours because they could not get my old gel polish off. I will not go back.

Had eyebrows done here multiple times, worst experience ever girl couldn’t get wax to work then proceeded to over pluck them. Waxed so much it ripped off the skin. Will not be returning. Now have to get pencil to fill.

Had 2 pedicure appointment for 6 weeks. It was on a Saturday. They called the Thursday before and told me they had to cancel. I was not happy. The girl then rescheduled me for a month from then. About 5 minutes later……they called and canceled AGAIN !! When I asked why…… they said someone called in sick. While I expressed concern for the young lady…I asked why they were again canceling.. they said she was sick. I asked why they weren’t waiting until closer to the appointment to see if she might be better. They had no answer. Found Lee Nails and am extremely happy. So much better…and so much cheaper. You lost 2 customers in 5 minutes. NICE WORK!!

Had a good massage ( “Good” and not “great” because I am pretty sure she thought I fell a sleep and the massage got a little half-as#ed. Would be only 3 -stars if based off of just massage) BUT, I came in for a birthday massage from my boyfriend, and when it came time to pay there was a small issue with my gift card. The manager was AMAZING. It was not a comfortable situation and she made me feel comfortable, although it took A LOT of work on her part , two days of phone calls and digging through records, she figured out the problem and it all worked out. I appreciate how much time and attention she spent to resolve the issue. It was very appreciated. I will certainly be back to use the rest of my gift card!

Everything about this place was fantastic! I had a prenatal massage and my body really needed it. The only thing I did not like was that I was not offered offered the choice between a male or female to do my massage. It was a guy and it made me feel tense and a little uncomfortable.

I used a gift card to get my hair colored. My hair is green. They offered to have me come in again for the same person who damaged it to fix it. There are no other stylists who work in this 10 chair facility. My hair is GREEN. I was told they do not refund. I asked why I was not notified of this before making the purchase. They said because we do not expect you to be leaving unhappy with your hair. My stylist put so much gunk in my hair I couldn’t even tell what color it was until it was washed 2 times to remove the wax or whatever was put in my hair. This place is clearly going out of business and for good reason. I SPENT ALMOST 200 DOLLARS FOR GREEN HAIR AND THEY EXPECT ME TO TRUST THIS PERSON TO FIX IT. I will be going there today and I will not be leaving until I am refunded.

My wife had a situation with a gel manicure, the way the manager handled it was very nicely done. Took a few days to call us back, but overall very impressed with the handing of a problem. She even wrote my wife a personalized letter of apology. For these reasons, we will continue to patron this beautiful spa.

I normally don’t post reviews but I felt that this one had to be noted. I was just at this spa last weekend. Worst massage I have ever had. I woke up the next day feeling stiff and sore. Nothing about the massage was relaxing. I will never go back. The masseuse I had didn’t have a clue as to what he was doing. Never again. Wouldn’t waste my time or money on this place. I just booked another massage from a highly recommended masseuse somewhere else to fix the kinks I now have in my neck and back.

So lets discuss this wonderful establishment. My wife had a gift card here and decided to book me an appointment as well so that we could do a couple’s massage. Today 4/26/2019, we called and unfortunately had to cancel, as my wife who as of 4/25/2019 late in the pm when this establishment was closed fell ill. We took her to an urgent care this morning and she was officially told she has strep throat. So rather than going and getting the massages which she physically couldn’t handle today and possibly getting someone else sick, we called to reschedule. Not cancel. Not get a refund. Reschedule. Understanding that it was rather soon I offered to provide proof of her diagnosis and appointment and reschedule. Again. Nothing to do with a refund or anything I just simply wanted us to be able to enjoy this massage once my wife felt better. I was told by the manager and supposedly the highest person period at the establishment that they would bill half as penalty but we could reschedule and keep one at no penalty because 24 hours notice is needed and we had canceled before. I begged essentially for them not to do this. Today was supposed to be my wife’s day. Today was her celebration for her birthday earlier this month. And considering shes a mother of 2 who works a demanding position on overnights and has little to no real rest about 5 days a week and no time to herself, youd think they would figure something out as this is clearly an extenuating circumstance. But no. As the manager at a day spa told me, much like DOCTORS AND DENTISTS cancellations are typically penalized if its within 24 hours and that this is all over there website and brochures. Ok. Youre right. A doctor or a dentist who went to school for 8-12 to be absolutely proficient and perfect a craft that literally saves lives and teeth would typically penalize…..HOWEVER seeing as they are professionals and experts in the MEDICAL world not the HOLLISTIC medical world, they would understand if an appointment honestly had to be cancelled due to ILLNESS since both know ILLNESS cannot usually be predicted. Nope. Still going to penalize because a deep tissue massage is just as important and relevant as oral/general medical surgery. Insanity, and as Billy Mays told us theres more. My wife calls (can barely talk again STREP THROAT) because she makes me aware we had NEVER CANCELED IN THE PAST. My father whom I share my name with may have but WE NEVER HADNT AND CONSIDERING THIS IS THE MANAGERS MAIN REASON FOR PENALIZING US YOU WOULD THINK ‘HEY THATS A GOOD POINT. Nope. This manager guys knows her stuff. Suffice it to say spend your money somewhere else and get your ELECTIVE deep tissue massage done by people who know that while they serve an important purpose theyre not medical professionals.
